IADC April Breakfast Meeting At The Radisson Mart Plaza Hotel
Friday April 8th, 2005

June Wolfe
President
The South Florida Manufacturing Association

Motorola, IBM, and other large manufacturers have closed down their South Florida plants in recent years. Large industrial properties have come on to the market and appeared to depress prices. It looked like manufacturing was doomed in South Florida at least as an opportunity for the industrial real estate market. Guess again!

There are over 4,500 manufacturing companies in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties employing over 150,000 people. How can you benefit from the future growth in numbers of smaller manufacturers and their changing and more specialized needs? What is its impact on the Industrial Real Estate market? Join us at the April IADC Breakfast Meeting to hear some of those answers from June Wolfe and The SFMA.

Friday, April 8th, 2005 - Networking begins at 7:00 am and Breakfast at 8:00 am
Radisson Mart Plaza Hotel at 711 NW 72 Avenue, Miami, Florida.

Please RSVP by fax (305) 443-6232 or E-Mail (iadc@bellsouth.net) by Wednesday, April 8th, 2005. Cancellations will not be accepted after April 8th Cost: $20.00 for IADC Members with RSVP, $30.00 for Members without RSVP, and $40.00 for non-Members.
