This will be last message as my second term as President of the IADC has come to a close. I want to thank retiring directors Ladd Howell of The Fiur Group, Hal Lewis of Pathman Lewis, Manny Manos of Florida Business Development, and John Paul Rosser of John Paul Rosser and Associates for serving so ably over the past three years. I would also like to welcome back Bill Middelthon of Ferrell Schultz, Abel Ramirez of JAXI Builders, and Tom Dixon of Thomas J. Dixon, Inc, who were reelected to new three-year terms, and to welcome new board members James Chip Black of EWM Commercial, Pedro J. Garcia of Gateway Realty Services, LLC, Debra Spadafora of EWM Commercial, and Viktoria Telek of ComReal Miami, Inc.

I also want to take this opportunity to congratulate the new officers: President, Tom Byrne of EWM Commercial, Vice President, Tom Dixon, Treasurer, Horacio Stuart Aguirre of H.S. Aguirre and Associates, and Secretary Ginger Krenz of Krenz Commercial Realty.

All of these people are to be commended not only for accepting the responsibility of guiding IADC as both a marketplace for the industrial real estate market and as an advocate for the industry that will continue to insure its ability to create business, but also for their commitment of time in an endeavor that benefits all of us.

I have as always enjoyed my time as President and look forward to continuing to serve the members of the IADC as a director and as a member.
