 IADC's 2005 MIAMI-DADE COUNTY
   INDUSTRIAL MARKET REPORT

Tom Dixon, of Thomas J. Dixon Inc. and former Chairman of The Real Estate Association of Miami and the Beaches, & Ed Lyden, of CB Richard Ellis presented IADC's 2005 Miami-Dade County Industrial Market Report to a sold out crowd at the Hotel Sofitel on January 14th 2005.

Tom's presentation was highlighted with photos of 14 properties with complete rental information. In addition, they provided sales data, employment data, trade data, current supply and growth of industrial properties and our summary of market trends. The report projects a continued overall improvement in the industrial sector as it recovers from the slump of recent years. Some caution should be taken given the peculiarities of the Miami-Dade market. If you missed the meeting and have not yet received a copy of the report, please call the IADC office at 305.443.6233 to get a copy of the report. It is available free of charge to IADC members.

The report's Media Sponsors are The Beacon Council, Lakeview Industrial Center, and PS Business Parks and the report sponsors are Carlos Diaz & Associates, Flagler Station, Gibraltar Bank, InterCredit Bank, JAXI Builders, Pacific National Bank, and the Florida Real Estate Journal.
